What Reflex Does at Your Company
Your company has engaged Reflex to improve operational efficiency. Here's what that means for your day-to-day work.
What We Analyze
We look at how work flows through your team's tools — which applications are used, in what order, and how information moves between them. We're looking at operational patterns, not individual performance.
Think of it like watching traffic patterns on a highway. We see that cars slow down at a particular merge point. We don't track which driver is going what speed. We're looking at the system, not the individual.
What We Don't Do
No keystroke logging
We don't record what you type — not passwords, not messages, not personal information.
No screen capture
We don't take screenshots or record your screen.
No individual performance scoring
We don't produce reports about how fast you work or how you compare to colleagues.
No personal activity tracking
If you check personal email or browse during lunch, we don't flag it, report it, or store it.
What Happens Next
We use what we find to eliminate the tedious, repetitive parts of your work — the data re-entry, the manual workarounds, the processes that waste your time. When this works as intended, your job gets easier.
