Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ReflexMargin.com (“Reflex Margin,” “we,” “our”) is operated by WestLink. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information through our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

Website Visitors: We collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referral source, browser type) through privacy-respecting analytics tools.

Diagnostic Intake Form: When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide: company name, contact name, email, phone, industry, company size, and any additional notes.

Reflex Service: During engagements, the Reflex platform analyzes workflow patterns (application usage sequences, timing data, process flows). It does NOT capture keystrokes, screen content, personal messages, passwords, or individual performance data. Full data handling details are covered in the Data Processing Agreement signed with each client.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: respond to diagnostic inquiries, deliver the Reflex service, improve our service and website, and communicate with clients about their engagements.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Workflow data is processed in ephemeral compute environments and raw data is discarded after analysis. See our Security page for full details.

5. Data Retention

Diagnostic intake form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship. Workflow analysis data retention is governed by the Data Processing Agreement with each client. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be retained for service improvement.

6. Third Parties

We use AWS for infrastructure and Supabase for application data. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Full subprocessor details are available in our Data Processing Agreement.
